For Vendor Listing

Yes in order to list your services on the site you need to create a Vendor account and buy a subscription plan

To register as a Vendor , you will need to go to the Vendor registration page and fill out the required information, such as your name, contact details, subscription plan and payment information.

Yes we charge a subscription fee  based on the number of listings. you can try the free basic plan for free for 60 days with no payment. The subscription plans are available here

There are no refunds on the subscription plan

All details and contents are created by the vendor through the seller interface , where you can log in and change any details, accept bookings ,payments ,add special promotions , events etc for your customers and much more.

We will help you if you need any support for the same.

All paid Subscription Plans are valid for one year. It mentions the number of listings that can be listed for each plan.

We accept all major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club , PayPal etc

If you encounter a problem with a buyer or transaction, you should contact the our customer support as soon as possible.

Provide us with as much detail as possible about the issue, including any communication with the buyer and evidence of the transaction.

If a customer leaves negative feedback or a bad review, you should try to address their concerns and resolve any issues they may have had.

You can also respond to the feedback or review publicly to provide your perspective and show that you are willing to address any concerns.

Our support team is available to solve all your doubts and issues before and after you start your online selling business.

You should take steps to protect your intellectual property, such as trademarks or copyrights, by registering them with the relevant authorities.

You should also monitor the marketplace for any instances of infringement and report them to our  customer support.

While you can list  any healthcare and related services  maintaining the safety of our community is a responsibility we take very seriously.

Before listing your item, make sure it is allowed and find out if there are specific rules and conditions on how it should be listed.

Vendors also need to make sure that their  services complies with all laws in the respective country.

Make sure your listing follows the  guidelines strictly. If it doesn’t, it will be removed, and you may be subject to a range of other actions, including restrictions of your buying and selling privileges and suspension of your account.

Selling counterfeit, illicit  and banned services will make you face legal action.

For Customers

NO. Viewing all healthcare listings are FREE . You only pay the vendor if  you make a booking with them for any service.

To create an account , you will need to go to the sign-up page and provide your name, email address, and password. Once registered you will get the log in credentials to your registered email.

The ‘Sign me in automatically’ is optional, it saves your username and password on your computer and every time you access the page you will be automatically logged in

If you attempt to access your account and type in an incorrect password 3 times the account will be locked for 1 hour. This is for security reasons.

If you forget your password, please click on the ‘Forgot your Password?’ link  on the login page. The password recovery email will be sent to the email address provided from your Contact Information.

The email will contain a link which will redirect the user to the ‘Manage Account’ section, where the password can be updated.

Yes you can do the necessary changes after logging in to your account and edit the details you want to change

You can leave feedback or a review for the Vendor after completing your booked services. This can help other buyers make informed decisions and also provide valuable feedback to the Vendor

If you encounter a problem with your booking or the vendor you should try to resolve the issue with the vendor first.

If you are unable to reach a resolution, you can contact our customer support for assistance.

No , We do not share customer information with any third parties .We use your Contact Data primarily to contact you when necessary, including to remind you of upcoming or special offers

We may share information with governmental agencies or other investigation agencies that help us in fraud detection or prevention. We may do so when it is permitted or required by law, protect against or prevent actual or potential fraud , unauthorized transactions , any investigating fraud that has already taken place or respond to claims that any posting or other content violates the rights of third-parties.

Vendor and  Customer protection is our top priority. We can only offer Vendor and Customer Protection if you keep the transaction and all communications related to the transaction on Doctor 4 Africa.

So please keep all negotiations, sales, purchases, and swaps on Doctor 4 Africa.

Any discussion outside of Doctor 4 Africa we are not responsible and will have no legal binding on us
